All orders are processed within 3 business days.

Orders are shipped via international carriers such as YunExpress and typically delivered within 7–15 business days depending on the destination country.

Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so customers can monitor the delivery status.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or the local carrier.

Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the responsibility for the package is considered fulfilled.
